Operations management: Translating competitive priorities into processes. Design, control and management of processes. Value chain managementSocial Responsibility: Theories, approaches and application which explain 'why' and 'how' all actors of society share responsibility to contribute to society environment
Organisational Behaviour: Behaviour of people in organisations, sociology, decision making, team work, management. Organisational DevelopmentSocial Entrepreneurship: An attempt for participants to see the social sector as a place of opportunity to ‘do good’ but also to innovate and build a financially sustainable social enterprise
Management Accounting: Accounting for decision making

Financial Accounting: Exploring financial concepts, solvability, ROI, cost analysis

Managerial Economics: General economics, working of various market places, market failure and value, government intervention 

Human Resource Management: Strategic human resource management, flexible organisations, complex environment and HR-policy, talent development

Strategic Management: Strategy concepts, creating strategy, impact of external actors, ethical, social, technological and environment

Business Research Methods: Research methods, academic writing, qualitative and quantitative research

Leadership development: Global leadership values, authenticity, democratic and inclusive leadership styles, effective decision-making, critical thinking, personal branding

Foundation Course UPEACE: Online course and distance learning on the fundamentals of sustainable business with practical workshops linking theory to business and economics

Integration: Solving a real-life business issue by using all the already obtained knowledge during the programme (consultancy)
